Now you've taken out your only win condition against control - urza's rage. You need to get through either 4, 5 or 6 damage spells to win, and you only have 12 in the first place, so without the uncounterable rage, you'll find it very hard to win.

Against beatdown, with only 4 innocent blood as defence, you are going to have to use some of those bolts and fire/ice to kill their creatures, loosing your win conditions as you do so. I don't think you'll kill them in time before you get overunn.

Don't mean to be rude but have you actually playtested the deck?

Deletehead is well known for listing untested decks :-)

Try to work out what cards are 4-ofs, and which aren't. As this deck is creatureless, you can run any of Earthquake, Dreams, Pyroclasm etc.

If you add a couple of Rages (back) to the mix, you will have enough for a thin kill.

I think what he meant was,- Prophetic Bolt is rather pathetic! Too slow to battle beatdown, will not get through versus control, and it kills ONE creature. What about killing two or more creatures, saving ur butt in time ?
Playing with 4 Skeletal Scrying obviously means the deck is untested. The only player besides u to play with 4 of them is me, and i play with Gerrards Verdict, Death Grasp, Innocent Blood, Chainers Edict and a couple of Mutilates.
How are u gonna take the damage from Scrying. Good lil question. Its one of those cards that just eats life and where life gaining or massive protection(read- creature removal) is neccessary. Would u play Phyrexian Processor in any deck ?

I like this. Innocent Blood is highly efficient in a creatureless deck.

I'd probably turn Recoil into Liquify to increase early/mid counter coverage.

Your mana mix is not quite right You have 8 strong 1st turn black 1cc plays, but only 6 sources of untapped black. Don't play with any mountains, and don't forget the U\B\R three colour lands.

This deck will get absolutly smashed by blue green tempo. If you make this you got to have a huge sideboard against it. They have to many cheap 2 drops for you to deal with. And if they go 2nd turn Gaea's Skyfolk 3rd turn Blurred Mongoose your in deep. If you went Chainer Edict they would let it resolve sac. the Skyfolk and hold back some of it's 12 counters. (snake, counterspell, or syncopate.) That will kinda spell G-A-M-E cuz they have 4 more counters than you one being both a creature and a counter for you to get smaked by. They also run more blue mana so they should certainly win a counter war.

BLUE GREEN TEMPO SLAUGHTERS IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
