I played a deck a while back at states that i just put back together called Resource Abundant. Heres the decklist:

4 FTK
4 Spectral Lynx
4 Goblin Legionnaire
3 Ravenous Rats
1 Blazing Specter

4 Urza's Rage
4 Vindicate
3 Duress
3 Gerrad's Verdict
3 Terminate
2 Goblin Trenches
1 Fire/Ice

I Keldon Necropolis
1 Dromar's Cavern
2 Urborg Volcano
2 City of Brass
2 Sulfurous Springs
2 Caves of Kolios
3 Battlefield Forge
4 Mountain
4 Swamp
3 Plains

It did fairly well(7-2) but how viable is it now? What changes need to be made to make it tier 1? Lavamancer obvious is an option but what else from Torment or from Odessey or anything else go in? Beats Tings into the ground, has troble with Enforcer, 50/50 against Tog, Slaughter wreaks it, but any other matchup is a win this way. Thanks for the help!

I guess I would for sure make the following changes:

-1 Blazing Specter
-3 Gerrards Verdict
-3 Ravenous Rats

These changes are all because allowing your opponent to choose his own discard is dangerous now with Madness. I would then look to do something like this:

+1 Duress
+1 Terminate
+3 Fire/Ice
+2 Desolation Angel (???)

Now, if you want to improve against Tog/Enforcer you could replace either the Fire/Ice or the Terminates with Chainers Edicts. Neither deck can really compete with 8 pieces of creature kill, especially with a little splash of Hand D. thrown in. Adding the Edicts could also offset how I have weakened you against Tings. BTW, what is Slaughter?

Hope this helps.

R/W/U Lightning Angel

SideBoard looks like this

2 Engulfing Flames
2 Obliterate
2 Disenchant
2 Crimson Acolyte
2 Slay
1 Aura Blast
1 Worship
1 Shivan Zombie
1 Pyroclasm
1 Plague Spitter

Any changes recommended?

Thanks for the tips and keep posting!

Look like someone isn't playing edict. Are you saying terminate is better than edict? I think i heard that somewhere before. Ass. Edict is soo much better, all good magic players should play it. you fuckin idiot.

Nix, a warning for you too. No flames on BD, and no arrogant and childish comments.
