ok, i need a fairly easy deck, consisting of mostly commons/uncommons, that is also somewhat good. keep away from cards like rage, finkel, undermine, absorb, etc. he is on a somewhat limited budget. any color combo is cool, so anything goes. thanks!

I like Laquates it is better than you think. Put it in instead of Wear Bear. Trust me it is good. I played the deck. Other than that it looks good.

This deck is FAST. I played it in an FNM today and the only game i lost was to another frog deck, all my match wins 2-0.
If you want it both simple and cheap I would suggest you go with an aggressive u/g deck.

This deck is completely brain dead. Just smash the opponet in the face till they are dead. Once he has cut his teath on it you can start adding bounce and counters to make it a bit more consistant.
