I like the Donate/Illusions combo, really nice ;)
I like the Mountain/Donate/Mountain Goat combo! It's the best in the world! Just imagine, you will get a 1/1 GOAT!!! that CANNOT BE BLOCKED! If that's not crazy... ;)
Honestly, the best ever is probably Channel/Fireball. 2 cards, 4 mana, instant death.

I hear the Fruity Pebbles combo is fun in multiplayer....once, anyway... Um, excuse me, yeah, um, you're ALL dead, i don't care how many people are playing..
B4 restriction, Bomber/Lifeline was very good
4 Nether Shaddows and a Phyrexian Plaguelord. "What? I killed all of everyone's creatures???" Tee hee hee
Also, I don't remember exactly how it worked, but once at a tournament someone killed me with a fireball using some combo with a storm cauldron, a glacial chasm and something else, I don't remember. It was pretty cool how it worked, and I wish I remembered all the cards in the combo. Maybe someone else knows what I'm talkin' about and can help me out here...

Nothing in history beat Dark Ritual + Necropotence in the 2-card combo department. :p
The combo your talking about is Fastbond,Glacial Chasm and a Storm culderon, basicly he taps a lend,gets mana, returns it to his hand, than plays it again(doesnt get the damage from the Fastbond becose of the Chasm) and again... Oh you get the point
What about Rec/Sur? It takes skill to master, but with the right support can beat almost anything.
the best combo ever is illusion/donate no other combo has been played more then this one and is the only true combo that is being play
Stroke/Palinchron was a hit, don't forget that!
I personally think that High Tide/Palinchron/Magma Mine is just as cool as the the one with Stroke.

my favorite multiplayer moment was "in response to your disenchanting my grim monolith, draw your deck plus one" (actually i used a combo with mind over matter and whispers of the muse to scrye my deck to the stroke, but still worked :-) )

The coolest combo was Mirror Universe/Lich, but the most effective, dependable, and competitive combo ever is Illusions/Donate (unfortunate but true)

Honestly i'll have to go with squirrel nest and earthcraft. This conbo is just about nothing except insanity. It goes on turn 3 and doesn't need any power 9 cards. Mono-color by the way ! and about 5 $ at all...

Black Lotus, Mox Ruby, Dark Ritual, Raging Goblin, Hatred is a first turn win with a creature. Second turn wins...thats like soooo slow.
if going second: drop out vine dryad on their turn, then on your turn drop a forest, quad-invigorate it(for alternate cost), and berserk it then attack.
granted, this is assuming you draw one of the needed cards, but it sure as hell costs a lot less without lotus and moxen.
the squirrel thing would be awesome with a concordant crossroads and a vitalize
