I just had the most ridiculous control play EVER...
I was playing "The Deck" against what turned out to be White Weenie.
He had two Mother of Runes in play, I played a Gorilla Shaman.
A couple of turns later, he played an Empyreal Armor and I MISDIRECTED IT onto Shaman.
The 5/5 to 8/8 weenie held off the entire deck until Morphling was topdecked, and I didn't take non-City damage.
Ouch!
Playing The Type I Terminator (R/G Aggro-control):
Starting hand: 2 Mishra´s as the only mana sources. Since my opponent already chose to paris, I did the same.
Parised hand: No mana source at all, parising again.
Second parised hand: Sol Ring, 2 Birds, Llanowar Elf, one random other card. Keep.
I went first and said "Go!". Opponent frowns. Then I managed to draw no land, Mox or ESG at least 5 consecutive turns.
I lost that one (duh).
