Well, I can't find anything on file about him, but if you have any additional info (country/state/city of residence; old e-mail address, general age, names of family-members/friends, other people that knew him around here, etc. etc. etc.), I might be able to scrape something up.
I did figure out, within about a mile, where Innate Mak was, once, when, in typical fashion, he hadn't been answering e-mails. That was going on nothing, but his name and e-mail address. But I'm not always that lucky...

I wouldn't be surprised if Mary knew his address, since she gave me an Atog he sent her (gold bordered!) to give to me. Unfortunately, my attempts to get her to respond to me for the past six months have all gone unanswered, so you'd probably have better luck than I if you went that route...
