Never built an extended deck in my life, but I dislike the idea of not even being familiar with a format, so I thought I'd give it a shot. This is a three color weenie deck.
4xJackal Pup
4xMogg Fanatic
4xShock
4xIncinerate
4xFire/Ice
4xLand Grant
4xMtenda Lion
4xGhazban Ogre
4xWild Dogs
4xRancor
4xCarnophage
4xSarcomancy
4xTaiga
4xBayou
4xBadlands
Of course, 4 edicts in the sideboard as morph killers would be good. Root Maze might help slow an opponent down once I'd gotten a few creatures out. I've only played about 4 games with the deck, and every game I've made a lot of changes, and it still needs some more changes, but I just thought I'd see what people thought.
I don't like the synergy between Jackal Pup/Carnophage/Sarcomancy and Ghazban Ogre/Wild Dogs. I understand that, ideally, you wouldn't play the green cards until you're significantly higher in life totals, but at that point, you may not want the green creatures anyway. I would choose one strategy and go with that: suicide or beatdown. Note that this may lead you to lose a color.
Aside from that, I see no real problem behind the deck. It lacks enchantment removal (fairly important, and maindeckable) and it also lacks the size of the threats you may see in a reanimator deck. I would keep these decks in mind when, at least, building a sideboard (4 Elvish Lyrist/Emerald Charm, 4 Diabolic Edict, etc).

remove ogres or wild dogs for lyrists, and remove the other for skyshroud elite.
other than that, looks good.
