Hey guys, anyone else unable to connect to Newnet?? I have been trying since yesterday and i just can connect, i can log on to other servers but not Newnet. Is anyone else having the same problem?
then find a new newnet server. there are more than 1.
I've been having some problems connecting lately.
I've been able to connect, it's just taken like 50 times longer than usual.
thats because newnet is about as good a network as my shoe.
i wish #bdchat would move to innernet

i found this newnet servers to be mostly stable, useful to know if the random newnet service (/server irc.newnet.net) is unavailable
and no, innernet might be more stable, but i do not wish to see #bd-idle transform into #bd-backwash

We could move to Geekznet. This is a new network, which seems to have split apart from Newnet and is currently in the early stages. They have all the Newnet goodies there, minus the bad connecting etc...(and I might become an IRC-OP there if we'd have enough ppl visiting/there on a regular basis )
