The deck wants a third Wasteland main, but I'm not sure how to fit it in.
I will say, though, that this is the first version of blue that I can expressly say *is* a good deck. Mana Leak sucks. Dissipate sucks. Counterspell sucks. Stuff like that. Every card in this deck deserves to be here. I'd also like to go on record saying that I almost played one copy of Tolaria in here just becuase of Choke, but decided against it.

Capsize makes BBS playable, period.
Helm is fun stuff versus decks with only one Morphling.

Seriously, I won't play a mono-blue deck without one. It gives you a reusable solution to potentially game ending cards and can let you win during a stalemate.
OK, last night I stumbled onto some interesting ideas.
My new sideboard is as follows.

3 Back to Basics(I switched one of the maindeck ones for one of the Mana Shorts. It's fun to tutor for, so why not?)

Side out the fourth B2B and you'll be all set.
Tormod's Crypt has no place in a deck that can fully expect to draw 2-3 Morphlings per game. Secondary victory condition over WHAT? Someone gets out three Engineered Plagues on you, Plows both Cores and Duresses your Capsize and Twister?
You'd be better off with another BEB, or maybe even Amnesia. ;) Now THAT is a fun card!

Well, Az, that actually might have made me win a few games today against Parfait. That's the main deck I want it against. For keeper, I can just stick with plan A and smash face.
