Over the weekend I played in an extended tourney over MIE. There were lots of deck types but one definately dominated: Turboland. It destroyed most of the good extended decks around. After the bannings, Turboland will DEFINATELY be the deck to beat.
Anyway, I expected lots of Oath (which there was) so i decided to try to beat it. I ended up making the deck in about 2 minutes, as I learned about the tournament late, and made LOTS of errors making the deck. The biggest would definately be including land grants, but forgetting to put in Taigas :-). And yes, I did put 4 emerald charms in the SB. I also forgot to add pyroblasts in the sideboard. Despite these mistakes I still came in Second place, coming down to a nervewrecking third game in the finals. The top 4 was 2 identical Turboland decks, my Sligh, and a surprisingly good Secret Force deck. During the tournament, I also played Donais 4CU, Pandeburst, and CounterOath. Anyway, If i made the deck right it would have looked like this:

I think 4 Sandstalkers is a bit much. I also don't think you need maindeck Pillage; those should probably be Wasteland IMO.

Has everyone seen that "All your 'blah' are belong to us" thing? :-)

Most of the times the first Stalkers will be countered, as they are probably the best creature against an Oath deck. I barely get to attack with them, they can usually weed out counters from your opponents hand to play Lightning and Fireblasts for free. I already play 4 wasteland, and I love the pillage because of its ability to destroy horn of greed. If you pillage the first horn of a turboland deck, it buys plenty of time, as they have to go searching for another one. Pillage is very good IMHO, especially in today's environment.

He only uses 2 stalkers and uses hammer of bogardan to do the last few points of damage. You should at least replace 2 of your stalkers with hammers. With Survival gone, I'm not sure you NEED to run green, but if you do, why not Hull Breach instead of emerald charm? For one extra mana, you get much more flexibility (and occasionally a 2for1). Your sb Urza's Rages should be maindeck Hammers like Seths which frees up room in your sb. Powder keg is quite good in this deck, expecially against slivers. Pyrokinesis is nice in the mirror and to pick off birds and elves and stuff like that.

Hey Togran here, brother of nargoT. Just FYI the 2 Turboland decks you played were far from Identicle. My bro played Turbliterate, and Wump played Turboland. I don't think that trying to control the Turboland deck is the way to go. You got to go for the throat as soon as possible before they draw you into the ground. Pillage will just slow you down. If you take other advice and add lots of burn, which would be a good idea adding Goblin Cadets could be a very good idea. Cadets tear creatureless decks to pieces. Even though this allows a Turboland to start using Oath, you really don't have a choice, you need to do that fast damage.

I think i like the Hull Breach, I'll probably test them instead of the charms. I'll remove 2 Pillage and 2 Stalker for 4 Hammers. I really like the Pillages, they are almost never dead cards. I'll mess around with it a little more, and post my results later. C-Ya.

Suggestions:

Now that the environment is going to be quite different I would play the Seth Burn design described above by Brian B. One of the major changes I would make, however, is to lose all 3 main deck Price of Progress. POP was in there to mainly wreck Rec/Sur and Sliver. They are really not that great against Turboland...since most of the versions of Oath/Oath Turboland are not running many non basics. I would use the 3 slots for at least one more Viashino Sandstalker (if not 2), and maybe consider playing maindeck Shattering Pulse if you fear Turboland. They will have to counter it...or lose real fast to your buy back abuse. It may sound strange...but if you fear Turboland that is what I would do. Other ideas might be to maindeck Pyroblast too...it works well against Oath's counters, Slivers, Stasis, and wrecks Forbiddian. That might be the best use actually...3-4 main deck Pyroblast.
