I am going into a 1.5 tourney this saturday, and I need a sideboard for this deck:

4 Squee, Goblin Nabob (14)
4 Ophidian
3 Masticore
3 Morphling

4 Counterspell (16)
4 Mana Drain
4 Force of Will
4 Forbid

4 Fact or Fiction (8)
4 Powder Keg

20 Island (23)
3 Soldevi Excavations

I have thought of using Chill and Dodecapod, but I couldn't think of much else to use.

I would swap the Excavations for more islands.
Sideboard could be something like this:

You might want to drop 2 Squee and 2 Forbid for 4 Impulse. They work wonders.

Though you could play them at the time of your original post, you can no longer play Fact or Fiction. I'm interested in what you are using instead.

I might run a single Intuition, in order to grab a *necessary* counter and to grab Squees. You *really* do not want to waste a draw on a Squee.

I really like Mana Leak in 1.5.

How did you do at the tourney?

Wow, can we please keep the childishness to a minimum? BrianB made a good point, no more up messages, please. They crowd the forum with topics nobody wants to talk about.

On to the deck.
It seems rather solid, but you need to find a nice balance between card drawing, counters, and creature control. As of right now, you have only four kegs, with no real way to remove problem enchantments (Oath being the leader of the pack). With this in mind, I'd probably replace 2 of the Fact or Fictions with Nevinyrral's Disk, another useful board clearer. I would also drop the last fact for an Impulse, then drop three of the Squee's for the last 3 impulse. Squee really has no purpose in the deck, because it's dead in your opening draw, and really doesn't do too much for the deck (if Forbid gets countered, Buyback or no it still goes to the grave). I'd probably get rid of the last Squee and a Forbid for two Misdirections, as they seem to be really good in most 1.5 metagames. The Excavations definately need to become islands, they really don't merit having 1: more non-basics, 2: More land, which are necessary as these only produce 1U, and 3:Tempo disadvantage, especially if it gets Wasted. I definately like Matt's sideboard, I only really question the Flash Counters. I'd probably cut at least one for the last Chill, which is godly against Sligh and SRB, two huge decks in most 1.5 metagames.
