Type 1.5 Bazaar Fat Zombie rips through.

Beyond Dominia: The Type 1.5/1.X Magic Mill: Type 1.5 Bazaar Fat Zombie rips through.

This is my 1.5 deck that I have used to rip apart my competition in the last two 1.5 tourney`s we`ve had (both 16 players). A little ditty about myself first. I regularly visit this sight but never post, opting instead to just read and enjoy the many views of others. I have played since Arabians and consider myself A fairly good vintage and 1.5 player (also play alot of Limited). Since I can remember I have always loved Bazaar Of Baghdad from Arabian Nights, and in particular the Bazaar Reanimator Deck. Using the Bazaar of Baghdad to put fatties into the graveyard and bringing them back on the second turn as well as abusing the Bazaar`s card drawing posibilities with Krovikan Horror. Mix in some Nether Shadows and Ashen Ghouls and you are good to go with never ending beats. I tinkered with this deck for several years in one form or another but now I feel with the inclusion of Zombie Infestation this deck has gone over the edge in this format to be the true dominant deck. Now this is just my opinion (for whatever that means) but this deck has the tools for the job in 1.5 and I believe that Bazaar Of Baghdad is truly the defining card of this format. I say now an official hello to all on this great sight and I hope to be more active here as of now. One more thing, of course the fat in the deck is a borrowed idea from the popular 1.x deck Benzo (who can argue with YMG Tech) and these fatties I believe are the right choice for the job.
4 Bazaar of Baghdad
2 Diamond Valley (great for this deck, makes my creatures Swords proof.)
7 Swamp
4 Bayou
4 Llanowar Wastes
( Another great thing about the deck is that you don`t really need alot of mana to operate. Mulligan aggressively, even though I have found that my mulligans have been few.)
1 Crosis, purgemister
1 Verdant Force
1 Multani Maro Sorcerer
1 Avatar of Woe
1 Ascendant Evincar ( Great against Goblins, elves, Ball Lightnings and White Weenie also pumps my Zombies and Ghouls.)
4 Ashen Ghouls ( Kills blue mages.)
3 Squee Goblin Nabob (Infestation, Bazaar, and Mongrel abuse.)
3 Krovikan Horror
4 Wild Mongrel (I use to splash red for firestorm but the Mongrel took its place. I have found that the constant threat of the Mongrel to be much more important than the Firestorm. This deck is so fast that you are always the aggressor therefore your opponent must react to the Mongrel or die to a Squee/Krovikan supported beast.)
4 Zombie Infestation (Can you say synergy.)
4 Entomb ( Gets fat or sometimes more importantly Squee or Krovikan Horror.)
4 Reanimate
4 Exhume
4 Duress
(I found that Dark Ritual was not needed, this deck is fast.)
My Sideboard is still a work in progress in the last two tourneys it wasn`t really needed. But I`m sure next tourney my opponents will be ready with something. Tormod`s Crypt doesn`t really hurt that much because you can just keep the pressure on and speed kills. My metagame is sligh, void, white weenie, and of course blue(Draw go, forbidian, and u/w.).Try this deck, I believe it is the one for 1.5. Thanks, and I look forward to hearing everyone`s opinion and ideas.

I'm working on a deck that mulligans to a 1st turn Planar Void,
and aggrsseively uses Carrion Rats and Wurms with Gravestorm.
I'm sure I'm not the only one battling Madness, Flashback, and Threshold,
and Reanimator decks will die to the crossfire.
You need enchantment removal.

@don, March comes Madness, and the Hymn will be risky.
