Hm, Yoshima, i think you do not completely understand B.Y.O.B... It's not like, bring any block (cycle), altough you can do that, but i doubt it will be as effective... It's like that.
Your deck must consist from cards of:
1 Basic set (saga, masques, tempest, ice age, invasion...)
1 1st expansion (legacy, visions, stronghold, homelands, planeshift, nemesis...)
1 2nd expansion (weatherlight, alliances, prophecy, etc.)

You can mix them any way you want (saga, visions, alliances), but you cannot go with cards from two base sets (saga and masques for example) or two 1st and two 2nd expansions...
I believe you get the idea.

Tempest/Legacy/Alliances

I don't have the exact decklist, but try land destructor with burn and some fat creatureS (pups, fanatics and fireslingers are used here too, thought they are not fat)..

pillage, pup, fanatic, fireslinger, balduvian horde, ring of gix, rathi dragon, burn spells..

Of course, other decklist are viable too, you can basically make any deck you want (except for oath, blessing is from WL, and oath is from EXodus)...
