This constructed tourney is all constructed block. Each player gets to pick which block to use. Bannings as posted on the wotc site for each block. Are there good resources for past block constructed? Was Bargain viable in Urza's block?
Yes Bargain was viable in UBC. It had many incarnations. One was named "Broken Deal"

Opposition, Derranged Hermit decks are really good. Also so is Temp block sligh and Temp block Recurring Nightmare/Survival of the Fittest.
